Warming up in Barcelona

Having our best weather here in Barcelona - managed to get a t-shirt on for half an hour yesterday !!  The city is very well presented, certainly not as raw or grungy as parts of Madrid. The architecture is amazing, with many different styles.  We did the open top bus tour yesterday which gave us a great feel for the city including magnificent views of the city and the Mediterranean from high above Barcelona.

Blake was not at all well last night (Stomach cramps, etc..) so have slowed down a bit today.

It's Hamilton's birthday tomorrow and we are heading off to Montpellier in Southern France to stay with Jake,  Cath and Lily-Mei.

Have loved Spain and will have to come back as 1 week is certainly not enough. We have found the cities much better value than Paris. One thing with kids is that many of the restaurants don't open for dinner until 8.30 p.m. so you have to look around for those that do. The people speak a reasonable amount of English and are very friendly and helpful.
